TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pure Way Sounds website ("the Site") and any related services, including but not limited to the Tech House Mastery program and any associated digital products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Pure Way Sounds, the "Company" "we", "us", or "our", provides the Services to you ("you", "user", "customer") subject to these Terms. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Site provides educational content and digital products related to music production, including but not limited to:

The Tech House Mastery course program
Bonus deep-dive courses, sample packs, MIDI files, and project templates
Optional add-on services such as track feedback critiques
Free educational content (training videos, PDF cheat sheets, blog posts)

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain Services (including paid courses), you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method you provide for the price stated, plus any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

5. REFUND POLICY - THE CLUB-READY PROMISE

Tech House Mastery is backed by the Club-Ready Promise: follow the 14-day system, complete the work, and submit your finished track on Day 14. If your track is not club-ready, contact the Company within 14 days of completing the program for a full refund. You may keep all templates, frameworks, and deep-dive bonuses regardless of refund status.

For add-on purchases (sample packs, feedback packs, etc.), refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the materials have not been substantially used or downloaded. The Company reserves discretion to deny refund requests it deems abusive or fraudulent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through the Services - including videos, audio recordings, sample packs, MIDI files, project files, PDFs, written copy, and Site design - is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal music production. You may use samples, MIDI, and presets in your original musical compositions and release the resulting tracks commercially without paying additional royalties to the Company. You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or share the raw course content, sample packs, or project files with any third party.
Re-upload course videos to any public or private platform.
Use the materials to create competing products and services.
Claim the underlying samples or MIDI as your original composition apart from a finished musical work.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided through the Services.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. TERMINATION

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. GOVERNING LAW
